What’s your favorite thing we’re working on at BehaVR?
My favorite projects are those aiming to teach cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques. Our social anxiety program includes an exercise in cognitive reframing, which I worked on. I feel a close connection to this subject matter, and I think it can really help people who struggle with destructive thought patterns. I also enjoy the challenge of designing these experiences, and visually conveying abstract concepts through virtual reality.
What’s a hobby, habit or ritual that puts you at ease or strengthens your mental health?
Writing, drawing, gaming, petting my dog.
