Out of high school, Josh started working for a southern rock band selling their merchandise and worked his way up to Production Manager within 9 years. He received an Associates’s Degree from the University Studies of Music with a minor focus in Recording Industry Management.
Ready to stop touring and being tech-savvy, he went on to pursue an A.A.S. degree in CITC with an end goal of a B.A.S. in Cyber Security. During that time, he worked as a Web Tech Support within the Customer Service Department at Lifeway.
Josh loves helping people as well as being a part of a bigger plan to help them succeed in life. He is ecstatic to work at BehaVR as a Customer Success Professional and looks forward to helping clients receive the best experience imaginable as they are assisting their patients with extraordinary life changes.

What do you find most inspiring or powerful about VR?
The actual immersive nature of VR. Before I tried it, I would see these videos of people immersed in VR taking roller coaster rides or some other intense game and genuinely have an emotional outbreak or physical reaction. I thought to myself, “How is this possible? They know they aren’t really in a roller coaster.” VR can trick your mind with sensory reception and this can be a great/powerful tool, far beyond gaming.
What’s your favorite thing we’re working on at BehaVR?
Do I have to pick just one? I would have to say our Social Anxiety program. This subject I believe affects most individuals at some point in their lives.
What’s your superpower?
My analytical skills.
What’s a hobby, habit or ritual that puts you at ease or strengthens your mental health?
Disk Golf. It’s outdoors, light exercise, and better with friends and family!
